Ingredients
2chopped onions
1clovecrushed garlic
2tbspketchup
2tbspWorcestershire sauce
2tbspfruit chutney
2tbsp sweet red wine
sea saltto taste
freshly ground pepperto taste
Instructions
Fry the onions in the olive oil until soft. Do not let it brown.
Add the garlic, tomato ketchup, Worcester sauce, chutney, and wine
Simmer slowly for about 5 minutes
Add seasoning to taste.
Serve on grilled or fried steak or liver
Notes
